Catalog defaults often list −20°C for lyophilized solids — your lot record or institutional SOP still wins when they differ.

Lyophilized research materials are commonly stored at −20°C, protected from light and moisture, unless a product page or lot record states otherwise. Keep containers sealed until needed for laboratory workflows.

Store temperature location, receipt date, and lot identifiers with the experiment series that will consume the material.
