A · Identifiers — Material name and unique lot match the vial and purchase record
B · Methods — Identity and/or purity techniques are named — not merely asserted
C · Dates / lab — Analysis or release date is plausible; lab identity noted when present
D · Identity — Identity evidence is lot-linked when claimed (often MS / LC-MS language)
E · Purity — HPLC (or named purity method) result is lot-specific and method-dependent
F · NPC — Net peptide content recorded only if the COA reports it — never invented
G · Archive — PDF or Vault URL stored with the experiment series / LIMS lot record

Purity or identity asserted without a named method
Demo, sample, or template certificate treated as final
